I have been using Fit Body Fresh Mind for about two years now and couldn’t be more in love with an exercise & lifestyle program. I am an active, creative woman but like most women I have struggled and was always in search of the best workout program with the most effective and healthy results. I was constantly let down or distracted but then I was introduced to the founder, Maddy, a few years ago through a mutual friend and we immediately became fast friends, kindred spirits if you will. We are both positive individuals with a zest for living life to the fullest. I have always been passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and building a strong immune system. Let’s face it, without our health we have nothing! I have to keep my vessel strong because my career depends on it. I am an actress, singer, activist and humanitarian. If I didn’t meet Maddy, its safe to say I wouldn’t feel as solid or be as happy with my lifestyle as I am today!
I struggled after college with not feeling fully fulfilled by just cardio workouts or I would get bored and aimlessly work out for what seemed to be nothing because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted. I constantly felt tired and bloated and that would really discourage me. I quickly learned exercise, diet and mindfulness all go hand in hand, something had to change. When Maddy introduced me to her program, I’m not gonna lie I was skeptical because I was a yoga girl through and through and never quite took on Pilates. When I would visit Monaco or she would come to NYC we would always hang out and she would very smoothly introduce her program to me by initiating to do pilates together. She introduced a whole new outlook (of Pilates) to me that I never knew and movements I had never done. It gave me a whole new perspective for this type of fitness and the confidence to execute the poses correctly because I actually felt them working for example deep in my core. I never liked pilates because shocker, I was never doing it right. I didn’t have someone like Maddy to thoroughly show me the movements step by step and truly take the time. I also felt completely comfortable and could identify with Maddy as my instructor. She keeps it real, she’s well versed and educated but always keeps it fun. She introduced a whole new world, a new mentality of working out, it doesn’t have to be hard and kill you to be effective. I love that she gives you all the tools and ingredients to feel empowered to do the exercises and poses properly at your own pace in your own home even.
I quickly became a member of the Fit Body Fresh Mind program and started doing her pilates everyday, I haven’t looked back since! However, shortly after signing up, I broke my foot and she kindly helped me adjust the workouts which I was so pleasantly surprised that I could still do. Her online program motivated me to not give up or easily fall into the trap of a couch potato, slumped and depressed because I couldn’t move like I was used to. During this time I also started her detox meal plan. I try to lead a full vegetarian lifestyle with my partner (who also does Pilates by the way, men do Pilates too yay)! Maddy’s meal plans were perfect to hone in and cut out the junk we didn’t need and focus on the key nutritious ingredients which can still be yummy! If there were any recipes I may not have liked they were so easy to modify but I really didn’t have to because all her recipes were delicious and no fuss. Her meal plan, kick butt routines and mindfulness has had me feeling like a new woman! I feel stronger and more vibrant than ever before. I don’t get sick often anymore either, I have built up my immunity finally. This lifestyle is ongoing and no doubt takes drive and discipline to continue but with that comes great reward. Recently, right before the Covid19 lockdown hit I made the best decision to join her Costa Rica retreat. I made the best life long female friends I could’ve ever imagined, rekindled my love for surfing again and I embraced the bootcamp lifestyle. She whipped my booty into shape which helped me incorporate the new rigorous schedule into my quarantine, new normal lifestyle. The pilates every morning at 6am combined with fresh vegan meals everyday, surfing for 2 hours and Yoga every night at sunset mixed in with bonus meditations, massages, reiki, journal exercises, horseback riding and breathwork workshops was truly life changing and spiritual.
I recommend all of what Maddy has to offer and more. I am not only her friend but a recurring Happy + Fit Body Fresh Mind customer. Being able to continue my routine from the comfort of my home during this new normal has been nothing short of Miracle. I don’t know what I would do without the Fit Body Fresh Mind program and community, I’d truly be lost! I feel stronger and better than ever. I have so much gratitude and trust in Maddy, words can’t thank her enough for changing my life for the better! She is a true female entrepreneur and beautiful role model, she truly has a gift that I hope you are willing to receive. Thank you Maddy for your continuous discipline and support in which I have benefited from and have grown so much. I still have a lot to learn and introduce into my daily routine but I know Maddy will be there every step of the way. The-most reliable, supportive, and motivating coach ever!
