Life has been a little crazy lately! But in a good way! I just got back from hosting an incredible retreat in one of the most remote parts of Costa Rica, and it was truly magical!
Every day we encountered several different types of monkeys and pelicans & scarlet macaws were flying above us while we were sharing the waves with turtles and humpback whales!

Even though our time away was nothing short of magical, I was beyond grateful to be home and reunited with the dogs.
I've barely been home for 48 hours and I'm already packing to fly out to Europe this weekend to scout locations for retreats over there!
And in the midst of this crazy travel, I'm finalising the programming for Fit Body Fresh Mind in October. And I have so much exciting stuff to share with you!!!

This month mindfulness exercise is a Love & Kindness meditation that will make you feel grounded, connected and more loving towards yourself & others.
It's a favourite of mine and several longstanding members claim that practicing it has made them kinder & more compassionate! So I'm all for it!
As always, there will be a ton of other new workouts: one of which I filmed on my birthday in front of a volcano, a new modified primary series of Ashtanga Yoga and a short sequence of morning stretches by the sea requested by a member!
