Yes absolutely. The program includes 6 fundamental classes to build up your strength and understanding of Pilates and to give you a strong foundation to start from. You'll also get access to tons of beginner classes from 10-60 minutes long.
Yes. Many people who do this program have practiced for 4 years or more on a regular basis and are still challenged! There's definitely something for everyone in this program!
This really depends on your body and what your goals are as well as what your body is telling you. If you haven't worked out for a while I would start by doing 4 sessions a week and gradually build it up to more. I always recommend taking a rest day or doing a really easy stretch session at least once per week. It's when you give your body rest that it transforms.
Yes. While this program is not vegan, there are many vegan recipes in it.
Yes. There are people who have lost up to 16kg/35lbs doing this program however you need to be disciplined and embrace all aspects of it including the food, the fitness & the mindfulness. If you feel like you need extra support, enquire about private coaching for weight loss.
The workouts are all pre recorded so you can do them anytime you like!
