Every other month we'll meet on Zoom for a live group coaching call to give you information & tools to deal with different topics related to your health, to food & fitness. From understanding how your menstrual cycle impacts your food choices to getting rid of sugar cravings and how to improve your meditation practice to deal with stress we'll make sure you're always inspired and learning something new!
Every other month we'll meet on Zoom to practice & perfect your form. Each session will be structured to help you improve your practice so you can get the best results from the workouts. It will also be a good opportunity to ask questions and get guidance on exercises you might struggle with.
