The classes are between 10 - 70 minutes long to make it super easy for you to squeeze in a workout even on the busiest days.

Yes absolutely. The program includes an introduction to Pilates with 6 fundamental classes to build up your strength  and to give you a strong foundation to start from. You'll also get access to tons of beginner classes from 10-60 minutes long. 

Yes. There are Pilates, Barre & Yoga teachers doing my program. The majority of members have been practicing for 4 years or more on a regular basis. They are still challenged! There's definitely something for everyone in this program!

You will have access to all the content for as long as you are a member.

This really depends on your body and what your goals are as well as what your body is telling you.

If you haven't worked out for a while I would start by doing 4 sessions a week and gradually build it up to 6-7.

You'll get the best results by fully committing to the workouts and getting on your mat every day without mixing in other workouts.

I recommend taking a rest day or doing a really easy stretch session at least once per week. This is when your body transforms.

Yes. While this program is not vegan, there are many vegan recipes in it. 

The workouts are all pre recorded so you can do them anytime, anywhere you like!
