Hi! I'm Maddy!

I'm an Integrative Nutrition & Health Coach, an Advanced Level Pilates Teacher and a 200 hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher with over 15 years experience working in the health & fitness industry.

I've coached hundreds of people from all over the World to lose weight and feel fantastic in their bodies in a way that's sustainable, fun & EASY.

Because the truth is this: you don't need to starve to death or kill yourself at the gym to feel your best.

In fact, doing these things could be what is HOLDING YOU BACK from getting the results you want.

Weight loss requires a deeper approach than simply eating less and exercising more.

Our bodies are complex beings and cannot be reduced to a simple equation of energy in/energy out. 

This is why I've developed a method that goes SO MUCH deeper than any other nutrition or weight loss program.

Every week you'll have a 1 on 1 consultation with Maddy who will personally support you with making healthy choices even if you're traveling or eating out. Together we'll establish a checklist of habits that you'll be kept accountable for daily with a habit tracking app.

There is no one-size-fits-all diet. Each person is unique with highly individualised nutritional requirements. Your nutrition plan will be highly customised based on your external and internal factors like lifestyle, stress levels, physical activity, climate, body composition, taste & food sensitivities.

There is no one-size-fits-all fitness plan either! The fitness plan we create together will be highly customised to your specific needs & goals, taking into account your physical requirements as well as your lifestyle including travel.
