WHAT'S INCLUDED

A 5 day detox

Are you feeling tired, sluggish & craving sugar? Do you feel like no matter what you eat, you feel bloated. Detoxing is an extremely efficient way of boosting your energy levels, getting rid of bloating and getting lean by kickstarting your metabolism. But unlike most detoxes, I'm not going to make you starve! Because we all know that this comes back to bite you in the butt... In this detox you'll be eating REAL delicious FOOD based on anti-inflammatory principles meaning naturally gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. You'll be strongly encouraged to reduce or remove coffee and to take a break from alcohol.

Daily Pilates classes

"In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body" 

Pilates is the secret weapon of those who want to get badass abs and long lean lines in very little time, and without wearing themselves out!

By signing up to this challenge you'll get access to over 120 of my most powerful & popular kickass Pilates workouts.

Every day you'll get a new workout of 40-50 minutes.

If you're short on time, you can choose one of the workouts from the library. Some are as short as 10 minutes so you'll have NO EXCUSE not to workout with me every day!

The classes are open to all levels and no equipment is needed except a mat.

Mindfulness

The body achieves what the mind believes. Transforming your body starts with transforming your mind.

You will be given a mindfulness exercise to practice every day to make you feel more connected to yourself, more confident and focused on your wellbeing.

Community & accountability

One of the things that makes this program so special is that you won't be doing it alone! You'll be part of an incredible community who will be doing the challenge at the same time as you!

And I will be there to personally support you and keep you accountable each step of the way.
