By signing up to this challenge you'll get access to over 120 of my most powerful & popular kickass Pilates workouts.
Every day you'll get a new workout of 40-50 minutes.
If you're short on time, you can choose one of the workouts from the library. Some are as short as 10 minutes so you'll have NO EXCUSE not to workout with me every day!
The classes are open to all levels and no equipment is needed except a mat.

You will be given a mindfulness exercise to practice every day to make you feel more connected to yourself, more confident and focused on your wellbeing.
