By signing up to this challenge you'll get access to over 120 of my most powerful & popular kickass Pilates workouts.

Every day you'll get a new workout based on your level. There are classes available for complete beginners to advanced!

If you're short on time, you can choose an express workout. Some are as short as 10 minutes so you'll have NO EXCUSE not to workout with me!

The only equipment you need to get started is a mat. If you're more advanced there are classes with the Pilates ring, the ball, elastic bands and the foam roller too!

Frequently Asked Questions

The challenge officially starts on Monday but you get access to all of the content the moment you sign up.

You'll need to do your groceries and meal prep before you start so I recommend setting a day aside for that. 

You'll have access to all of the content until the 31st of January. After that, you will be invited to become a member at a discounted price so you can continue with the workouts, recipes and mindfulness. This program is not intended to be a "one off" health kick, but rather a fresh start with a lifestyle I'll help you to maintain all year round.

The recipes are not vegan but I give you vegan alternatives if you don't wish to consume animal protein.

Yes. There's a whole section of classes to give you a strong foundation to get started. These classes will give you an understanding of the principles of Pilates, help you focus on form and ensure you get the best results from your practice from the start
