Want to lose weight & get lean? Don't make this mistake

One of the most common "mistakes" I see among people who want to lose weight and get lean is that they focus their energy on the wrong things.

As I'm sure you are aware, 80-90% of how you look and feel is diet & lifestyle.

Yet 99% of people who want to lose weight or get leaner invest in exercising more, rather than on addressing their diet & lifestyle.

This is why weight loss or getting lean is considered so difficult... because 99% of people are doing it wrong!

They exercise more and lose a few pounds or inches but then put it all back on (or more) when they're not able to exercise as much or get tired or injured.

I played that game for a long time...

I did all the most gruesome workouts: HIIT, Spinning, Boot Camp, Boxing, Running. You name it, I did it!

I was so determined to get results that I would sometimes exercise up to 4 hours a day!

And guess what? 

My results were mediocre to non existent compared to the results I am getting now.

I wish I had realised this before but exercising more felt so much easier to me than changing my diet.
