  5. Finally, when you're on holiday, you're more likely to be relaxed. This is an essential ingredient for your body to transform, shed weight and repair itself. If you're always stressed out, your body will tend to hold onto fat, especially around the abdomen, and you'll feel like you need to work twice as hard to get results.
