Yes, absolutely! This is the perfect program to do on holiday. You can do the workouts from anywhere at anytime. All you need is a Pilates/Yoga mat!
For the meals you will receive a "cheat sheet" of what to order to follow the nutritional guidelines if you're eating out.Â
No. This challenge is only available from the 23rd to the 25h of July included. It is perfectly compatible with travel as all you need to do the workout is a mat. I will also be providing you with a cheat sheet for what to order if you cannot follow the full meal plan because you are eating out. Â
Yes. There's a whole section of classes to give you a strong foundation to get started. These classes will give you an understanding of the principles of Pilates, help you focus on form and ensure you get the best results from your practice from the start.
Absolutely. I have several members who are themselves Pilates, Yoga or Barre teachers who feel challenged by my classes.
There's no meal plan but you will receive a recipe book with my favourite anti-inflammatory recipes for summer so you can create your own meal plan. I highly recommend doing this for best results.
You will also receive a "cheat sheet" of what to order if you plan to eat out.

The recipes are not vegan but based on anti-inflammatory principles to get rid of bloating, boost fat burn and improve your gut health.
The challenge officially starts on Tuesday the 23rd of July. You will receive the recipe book on Sunday the 21st so you have time to do groceries if you want to create your own meal plan.
You'll have access to all of the content until the 25th of July included. After that, you will be invited to become a member at a discounted price so you can continue with the Pilates, anti-inflammatory lifestyle and recipes.
This program is not intended to be a "one off" health kick, but rather a fresh start with a lifestyle I'll help you maintain all year round.
The Pilates classes are pre-recorded and accessible to you for the whole duration of the challenge. Once the challenge is over, you will be offered a discount on the membership if you wish to continue with the workouts.Â
