Every day, you'll get a new pre-recorded Pilates video designed for your level, with options for complete beginners through advanced practitioners (even Pilates teachers do my workouts).
You'll also get access to a 10-minute express class that changes daily, so no matter how busy you are, you'll always have time to move, and no excuse not to show up! 💥
The only equipment you need to get started is a mat.
If you're more advanced, you'll find classes with the magic circle, the ball, elastic bands and the foam roller as well!
