Pilates is the secret weapon of those who want to get badass abs and long lean lines in very little time, without wearing themselves out!
Every day you'll get a new workout based on your level. There are classes available for complete beginners to advanced!
If you're short on time, you can choose an express workout. Some are as short as 10 minutes so you'll have NO EXCUSE not to workout with me!
The only equipment you need to get started is a mat. If you're more advanced, there are classes with the Pilates ring, the ball, elastic bands and the foam roller!

Yes. There's a whole section of classes to give you a strong foundation to get started. These classes will give you an understanding of the principles of Pilates, help you focus on form and ensure you get the best results from your practice from the start
Absolutely. I have several members who are themselves Pilates, Yoga or Barre teachers who feel challenged by my classes.
This program is not intended to be a "one off" health kick, but rather a fresh start with a lifestyle I'll help you to maintain all year round.
After the challenge, you'll be invited to become a member of Fit Body Fresh Mind so you can continue with the workouts, recipes and mindfulness exercises to feel lean, strong & energised all summer 🤩
The recipes are not vegan but based on anti-inflammatory principles to get rid of bloating, boost fat burn and increase your energy levels and productivity.
You’ll have access for 15 days from the moment we start, so even if you can’t begin on Day 1, you’ll have plenty of time to catch up as the challenge is technically 10 days with a 7 day food plan.
Many participants use the first couple of days to grocery shop, prep meals, or ease in gently — and that’s totally fine. The challenge is designed to be flexible and supportive, not stressful.
You can move at your own pace within that 15-day window and still get the full benefit of the reset.
