Imagine this...
-
You go to a party and enjoy the food without overdoing it. Nothing feels off limits, but you naturally reach for what makes you feel good — and leave the rest.
-
You head home feeling genuinely proud. You indulged a little, enjoyed every bite, and didn’t spiral like you used to.
-
You wake up feeling light and energised — no guilt, no shame, and no urge to “make up for it”.
-
You feel calm, balanced, and in control. Food isn’t constantly on your mind anymore — you’re just nourished and satisfied.
-
You catch your reflection and pause. You feel proud 🥲 not just of how you look, but of how you showed up for yourself.
-
You feel like you’ve finally cracked the code: how to enjoy food without losing yourself in it.
This is the French Paradox.
And yes — it’s possible for you too ❤️
What would it be worth
to enjoy the holidays without the guilt & stress of overeating?
Does this sound familiar?
-
You eat healthy most of the year — but the holidays knock you off track every time 😣
-
You feel out of control around certain foods — and spiral into guilt after eating.
-
You wake up bloated and sluggish, frustrated that your clothes feel tighter again.
-
You tell yourself “I’ll get back on track in January,” but you hate how that feels.
-
You can’t even enjoy the festive season… because you’re already dreading how you’ll feel after.
Hi, I'm Maddy
For years, I struggled with emotional eating, guilt, and restriction.
The weeks leading up to Christmas were the hardest.
I was 10kg heavier back then, and managing my weight felt really difficult.
I was doing a lot of exercise to try and "make up" for what I was eating — because truth is, I love good food.
And I love having a drink from time to time too.
But dieting taught me I had to choose: pleasure or control.
I chose control.
It worked for a while...
Until it didn’t.
The things I told myself I "wasn’t allowed" became all I could think about 🤯
I’d tell myself I'd have "just one cookie".
But once I got started, I couldn't stop.
I’d “ruined it” anyway — so why stop?
I’d go to bed bloated and guilty, swearing I’d start fresh tomorrow.
But the cycle would keep repeating itself... again and again.
It was exhausting 😣
I had willpower.
I had discipline.
So why did I feel so out of control with food? 🤯
I couldn’t enjoy the festive season — because I’d start dreading every meal, knowing I’d spiral and feel guilty all over again.
Everything changed when I moved to Monaco...
I started socialising a lot more. Parties and dinners out became part of daily life.
Champagne was always flowing, and food was abundant.
At first, I panicked 😱
How was I going to resist all these temptations? 🤯
I ramped up my workouts to try and "make up" for it 🥵
But then I started paying attention to the women around me…
They weren’t panicked or feeling guilty.
They were relaxed.
And they certainly weren’t working out nearly as much as I was 😅
Yet none of them seemed to struggle with their weight.
The French and Italian women weren’t dieting.
They weren’t spiralling.
They weren’t obsessing or feeling guilty.
They were present, relaxed, and fully at ease in their bodies.
I started studying what they were doing differently — and realised it wasn’t about being harder on themselves.
It was mindset.
It was how they related to food, pleasure, and themselves.
They had little rituals and tricks I’d never considered — subtle shifts in how they approached meals, hunger, satisfaction, even how they talked about food.
And it made me realise... I had been doing everything wrong 😑
These changes were everything.
They made all the difference.
Suddenly, everything felt easier.
That’s what The French Paradox is all about.
It’s the exact approach that finally set me free from years of struggles and helped me find balance and joy with food.
The kind of balance where I'm no longer doing math in my head about what "I'm allowed" or "not allowed" to eat.
My relationship with food is completely different.
The guilt is gone.
The bloating is gone.
And the 10kg?
Gone too.
But the best part?
I feel free 🤩
And that’s exactly how I want you to feel too ❤️
This program is designed to show you how.
The real reason you spiral around food — especially during the holidays?
It’s not because you lack discipline.
It’s because your brain and body are wired to self-soothe with food — and the holidays turn up every emotional dial.
Family stress. Social pressure. Food everywhere.
The need to be “on” — while secretly feeling off 😣
Add to that the pressure of perfection from years of dieting — and it’s no wonder you feel like you’re either in control or completely off the rails 😵💫
You try to be good, then overdo it.
You spiral, then restrict.
You promise you’ll fix it in January… and the cycle repeats.
But here’s the truth:
Willpower isn’t the solution. Rewiring your mindset is.
The French Paradox teaches you how to interrupt this cycle at the root.
With mindset tools, nervous system regulation, and simple rituals, you’ll stop spiralling — and start feeling calm, present, and in control.
No guilt. No “starting over.” Just peace & freedom with food.
