The Path is a 12 week personalized coaching program spread out as follows:
- 12 weekly 60 minute coaching calls following a method that will strengthen your self love, your confidence and your energy to fully show up for yourself. We will dig deep into the false beliefs that have been holding you back and playing small and create new beliefs that will project you forward. We will tap into your heart to find out what it truly longs for and what brings you positive energy. I will also help you create boundaries and manage situations that are weighing you down.
- Weekly mindfulness exercises to do every morning when you wake up to shift your mindset, strengthen your self love and boost your self confidence
- Daily check in via Whatsapp & Email for the whole duration of the program.
