This 6 week program is designed to guide, help & support you to have the happiest, healthiest pregnancy possible.
Through individualized weekly coaching sessions (6 thirty minute sessions in total) we will address all the areas that affect the wellbeing of your body, your mind & your soul by:
- Helping you find a balance with food that ensures you get all the nutrients necessary in a way that is enjoyable and adapted to your specific tastes, cravings and desires throughout your pregnancy
- Ensuring consistency in doing exercise that makes you feel strong, mobile and empowered while respecting your body's limitations during this time
- Getting your mind in the right place by introducing mindfulness in a way that will help you feel empowered, less anxious and more relaxed throughout your pregnancy
All coaching sessions are conducted online via Skype or Facetime.
