What you'll get when you join:

  • Our first session together will be a 60 minute DEEP DIVE call over Zoom where I'll ask you questions about your current diet, lifestyle, your food preferences and your desired goals. I will send you a form to fill out before our first session so I can provide you with a full dietary review and recommendations.
  • After our call I will provide you with a fool proof, tailor-made food, fitness & mindfulness plan that takes into account your summer plans. I will coach you how to get the results you want, even if you travel & eat out at restaurants.
  • During our 12 weeks together, we will meet every week over Zoom for a personalised coaching session (1 hour per week). During this call we will review your progress,  I will help you stay on track and make adjustments when needed. My goal is to make it easy for you to eat healthy and exercise so you can reach your goals even when you travel.
  • 90 days access to Fit Body Fresh Mind with daily Pilates classes that are "on demand" so you can do them when it suits your schedule, delicious & simple recipes to boost fat burn & mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and regulate your nervous system.
  • My unlimited support and accountability in between sessions via Whatsapp. It will be like having me as your personal Nutrition & Fitness Coach in your back pocket all summer!

I agree to show up for myself & my Coach for the duration of our work together. If I need to reschedule a coaching session, I will do my best to request this at least 24 hours in advance or else my session may be forfeited. All coaching sessions need to be scheduled within 15 weeks of the first payment. Any unused sessions will be forfeited. I understand that there will be no refunds. Illness, unforeseen events or accidents are obviously exceptions to this rule!
