More than a food & fitness program, we will address the underlying reasons why you emotionally eat or binge, why you get bloated and why you're holding onto weight, so that you can break free from the dieting cycle and get the results you desire with ease.
I am a TEDx Speaker on Intuitive Eating, a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach specialised in Emotional Eating, an advanced level Pilates Instructor and 200 hour Yoga Teacher with over 15 years experience working in the health & fitness industry. I've helped hundreds of women (and men) get into the best shape of their lives by changing their approach to food & fitness.

I was a chronic crash dieter and binge eater who was using exercise as a way to "make up" for what I would eat. I was running up to 70km (43 miles) per week and doing high intensity workouts as well as hundreds of abs every day but I wasn't feeling good and was bloated and holding onto weight. I tried eating less and counting calories, cutting out whole food groups, not eating any fat, but it had a terrible impact on my mental health eventually leading to depression & burnout.

Food is no longer a source of stress and I am a lot more mindful of what & why I eat. I exercise considerably less, and I focus on low impact workouts that create strength & length without stressing out the body. One of the things that makes my approach different is that I'm an Epicurean at heart and to me, foods needs to taste delicious! My approach isn't about starving yourself but about improving the quality of what you eat so that you naturally start eating less. Food is life, and making sure what you eat is delicious is essential for your health.
You cannot address the way you feel in your body without addressing your mind. Your mind is in charge of your body and your subconscious directs 97% of your daily actions. This is the part of your mind that acts "on auto-pilot" and leads you to overeat, maybe even binge and is preventing you from having a relaxed relationship with food. Understanding this part of your mind and the paradigms that are leading you to act the way you do is essential to create long lasting change.Â

This is why every week you will be given mindset exercises & powerful lifestyle hacks that will dramatically improve the way you look, feel & think.

The program kicks off on Wednesday February 28th.
The coursework will take a maximum of 1 hour per week. You will also be asked to integrate 15-20 minutes of mindfulness & self-enquiry every day.

There will also be a 1 hour live call via Zoom.
Yes you will get access to daily workouts that are pre-recorded so you can do them anytime of the day, regardless of your time zone!
The essence of this program is coaching and working on your mindset around food & fitness.
While doing the given workouts is recommended, it is not essential if you already have an established workout routine that's low stress and low impact that meets your goals.
Yes, there will be a meal plan for the first week of the program. However the intention of the program is to teach you how to organise your meals for yourself to make it a sustainable lifestyle.Â
Every day but the intensity of the workouts will depend on how you feel. The coaching we'll be doing together will teach you how to listen to your body and to not mindlessly push yourself through workouts when your body needs rest, or make excuses for yourself not to move when that's actually what you need!Â
The recipes you will be given contain real food only and are based on anti-inflammatory principles to reduce inflammation and get rid of bloating.Â
Yes, of course! This program will give you the tools you need to make smarter choices when you eat out and to not overeat so that you can continue eating out completely guilt free!
While some recipes may be vegan, this is not a vegan program but is based on anti-inflammatory principles and how we were designed to eat as humans.
The live coaching sessions over Zoom will take place on Mondays at:
6pm Central European Time
Noon Eastern US Time
11am in Costa Rica

I highly recommend that you join the live coaching sessions every week but if you can't make it, you will get access to the recording :)
