The dreaded belly. It’s bloated. Maybe it feels sore. Maybe it’s puffy. You’ve worked your butt off to try get rid of it, you’ve tried eating less, but somehow it’s still there. Maybe you’ve resigned yourself to the fact that it will always be there. Or maybe you’re still in the gym or paving the pavement trying to burn enough calories to get rid of it?


I’m here to tell you that things don’t need to be this way. 

A bloated belly is your body’s way of telling you that something is up. And most often it’s related to stress, lifestyle or something that you’re eating that’s upsetting it. Or a combination of all 3!

Exercising more is not going to get rid of it. In fact, it may make things worse because exercise is a form of stress and when you're under chronic stress, your body holds onto weight around your belly.

This is how we were designed to survive through stressful times! Your belly is also your emotional brain and is therefore a direct reflection of how you feel within.

If you’re fueling yourself with negative self talk, beating yourself up for not exercising or feeling guilty for what you’ve eaten, your belly will express that.



Beat the Bloat is a 21 day challenge that takes a holistic approach to your health & fitness so you can go from feeling bloated, lethargic and frustrated with your belly to feeling fit, fantastic and friends with it again!


In this challenge you will discover the mistakes you are making that are causing your belly to bloat and how to adjust your fitness, food & lifestyle accordingly so you no longer have to suffer!


More than a food & fitness program, we will address the underlying reasons why you get bloated and hold onto weight around your midline so you can get lean, strong and feeling great about your belly!

I am a TEDx Speaker on Intuitive Eating, a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach, an advanced level Pilates Instructor and 200 hour Yoga Teacher with over 14 years working in the health & fitness industry. I've helped hundreds of women (and men) get into the best shape of their lives by changing their approach to food & fitness.


I know because I've been there

I spent years feeling frustrated and upset because of my bloated belly. I was running up to 70km (43 miles) per week and doing high intensity workouts as well as hundreds of abs every day but nothing worked. I tried eating less and counting calories, cutting out whole food groups, not eating any fat but my belly kept getting bloated no matter how hard I tried.


But now things are different

I exercise considerably less but I focus on low impact workouts that create strength & length without stressing out the body. I exercise because I want to & I find it easy to be consistent with my workouts because they’re fun & make me feel great! I also know what triggers my bloating and have adapted my diet & lifestyle accordingly.

Daily Pilates classes

Every morning you will receive a 30 minute workout to start your day. These workouts have been specifically designed to target the deep core muscles, to strengthen the muscles that give you a flat belly and to give you a perky butt & long, lean lines as well! No equipment needed except a mat.

Beat The Bloat Recipe Book

Improving the quality of what you eat is essential if you want to get rid of bloating and improve your gut health. I'm sure you already believe you eat healthy but my recipes are a game changer as they have been specifically designed to prevent bloating! The book contains 21 recipes that are based on anti inflammatory principles and are delicious and easy to make :)

Self care & lifestyle hacks

Taking a holistic approach is essential if you want to beat the bloat for good. Your mindset and your lifestyle habits have a huge role to play here. The hacks I will be sharing with you are powerful and ones you will find nowhere else.

Accountability, support & community

The challenge includes weekly coaching calls starting on Saturday the 14th of May. If you missed the first session, you'll be able to watch the recording.

The coaching sessions are there to support you, to give you inspiration, positive energy and valuable tips to get the best results from the challenge!

Your 21 day challenge officially starts on Monday the 16th of May but you can still join until the 22nd of May at midnight! You'll get access to the recording of the online welcome ceremony we did on the 14th of May and we'll do another session on May 22nd to welcome those who are joining late.

There will be an intention setting exercise and powerful tips on how to get the best results from this challenge! I highly recommend that you join!

The workouts are designed for you to do in the morning and last 30 minutes maximum. All you need to do is set your alarm 30 minutes earlier for 21 days!

The workouts are pre recorded and will be released overnight so you can do them first thing in the morning, regardless of your time zone!

I highly recommend that you join the live coaching sessions on the 14th & the 22nd of May but if you can't make it, I will send you the recording :)

You will get a workout every day for 21 days but some of them are a little easier on the body than others. The intention isn't to kill you :) but to get you in the habit of rolling out your mat and making time for yourself every single morning.

Some of the recipes are vegan but not all of them. They have been specifically designed to beat the bloat and are based on anti inflammatory principles. They are gluten, refined sugar and mostly dairy free.

You will have access to all the content of the program for 22 days from the day you sign up :)
